Hello girls,
I am after good eyeliner; water proof and stays on for long.

also wat u guys prefer pencil, cream or liquid?

In my experience, nothing stays as long as gel eyeliners. I have several from MAC and Bobby Brown...I also have L'Oreal HIP gel liner in Black. I can easily wear them for 12+ hours without any issues at all. And for the bottom rim...I usually dip a pencil liner (of the same colors) in the gel liner and line the bottom.

With Gel liners...a good brush (I use MAC 263) and practice is the key.... :)

^ Agree! Gel eyeliners are the best! They give a nice dark colour and stay on for aaages! I use maybelline but i have a different brush that i use which is just a simple eyeliner brush. I get a perfect straight line with it!

Bobbi Brown's gel eyeliner is loved by many.

I bought Mac's blacktrack gel eyeliner but it dried out pretty quickly. I still have a lot left :( I need to fix it somehow.

I agree with gel liners being the best option in terms of longevity, but i wouldn't use them on the water line.

so if i had to recommend one pencil liner for both water line and lash line, it would be Make Up For Ever Aquaeyes, they're the best i've tried.

^ Gel liners are actually safe to use in the waterline, liquids are not safe..

I love MAC's Black track fluidline. but for waterproof liners, I agree with Cinnamonroll, Make Up For Ever Aquaeyes is really really good!

So MUFE Aquaeyes doesn't smudge/bleed? Would it stay put even if you cried or washed your face?

Have tried all of the above and I can honestly say STILA liquid waterproof eyeliner is the best and and the sharpest darkest I have seen. It retails for $20US. Not waterproof but Ben Nye cake eyeliner is really good too.

It should stay put, as long as you don't rub it. Like if you cry, dont rub your eyes :)
