hey .. don’t tell me .. u are jobless :eek: after all that education.

well i am impressed by all that workout … my workout is taking my bike to work and back home everday :smiley:

Yeah apparently the education bit was only to help me sink to greater levels of desperation and debt :).

Down to half a mile of running, due to a calf muscle injury I think, 30 mins on the elliptical and about 30 mins of legs and upper body work out. and about 30 crunches.

Any one know some good leg streches? I cant find anything useful online or off line on streching my leg muscles and they are really preventing me from running longer. Pictures speak a thousand words as always.

As for the outcome, nothings changed in weight or dimensions :( or my eating habits for that matter :), but its a great way to feel good about yourself and relieve stress. Next month I will probably join a ju jitsu class - it was between that and pilates and I simply cant bend - sorry MenhazQ :).

saddzzzz???? No Streching exercises?
