Guppies (mostly guppans) - Take out your tawwaaz and give that aaTa a good ‘mookkee’. This thread is inspired after I saw Hayaa’s roti in her Chicken Karrahi thread at 4 PM on a day when I skipped lunch.

Go ahead, make that phulkaa and post a pic here in this thread. Each entry will be voted by a panel of Iron Chefs. The judges panel will be slected from a pool of non-participating guppies.

The winner will get special recognition at GS.

So, let those :bailan: out and rolling.

PS. In order to discourage Google Image searches, please take the picture of the roti in the following format;

One roti with the letters GS written by hand somewhere in the photo.

Can I post my sisters rotis instead??? Her's are perfect whereas mine are good depending upon my mood and the dough. Next time I make roti and it turns out pretty and round i'll put u a picture for u. I feel like cooking good stuff this weekend. Let's see.

As you can see, I had my difficulties with round forms, now its much better (after marriage and cooking rotis almost daily).

There should be a rule that roti’s don’t have to be round. Let’s be creative here. :halo:

I just wanted to say that I made the most perfect (round) roti's today but there was no camera to click a picture with :-(
