GS Referals

What is a referal?in GSland?
I used to have none now i have one but dont know the who’s that and what’s not of it?
Should I be worried?

When new members register, then they have the option to fill in the user ID of any current memeber who referred them to Gupshup. It is this referral that you see in your profile.

Currently no member can see themself who are the members who filled in their ID while registering. But this is going to change.

I will be adding some modifications shortly, after which all members will be able to see who are their referrals.

I am not sure if i got this but here goes...
I havent been reffered by anyone, so I didnt put in a reference, so referals was zero when I started, but now someone has used me as a reference, so now my referals says one?
does that about sum it up?
