How decides the policies though? there no point in me PMing any specific Mod as my suggestion isnt for a specific forum.

Those people also visit gupshup and read what we talk about in feedback. If someone laughs at your posts, it’ll be the ordinary guppies, not anyone from the higher administration. Therefore, don’t worry, go ahead and say what you have to say. If you don’t feel like saying it here, as everyone is suggesting, PM it to ANY moderator or administrator who has replied in this thread and they will discuss/convey your suggestion at the conference table.
