GS Four Weddings CONTEST: March 2011!

ATTENTION all Wedding gurus, brides-to-be and discerning attendies! We want your input!

It’s time for the March 2011 round of :aejaz:GS FOUR WEDDINGS!:coolios:.

During the next day, four “brides” (past, present, or future!) will post their selections for their ideal wedding, based on predetermined categories. This week YOU will get the chance to vote for which wedding experience you feel is best.

In this thread, the “brides” will post their selections for MEHNDI, SHADI, and VALIMA, with these categories in mind:

  1. WEDDING STYLE
    You get to post five images total of clothes, shoes, hair, make up, etc.

  2. OVERALL AMBIANCE
    Post selections for venue, stage, entrance music, here – the big stuff that sets the tone for your wedding. five images/videos total

  3. WEDDING DETAILS
    This is where you post images for centerpieces, bidh packets, party favors, mehndi trays, wedding cake, mithai tray, etc. Whatever details you feel will help define your wedding. five images total

  4. WEDDING ENTERTAINMENT
    Pick two videos already available online that you feel embody best the kind of entertainment you would want at your wedding events. These may be for the same event, or two different events. Either way, please make it clear when this entertainment would occur.

I wanted a pretty simple look for the mehndi with traditional yellow clothes and white moringa flower earrings and paranda.

SHADI
I’ve always loved peach, so for the wedding i want a peach and pink dress (the red dress is wha the design should be like). Along with traditional jewelry with matching beads (bottom right side), and of course for the icing of the cake, matching bangles and amazing heels!
The stage, centerpieces, the boxes filled with goodies and the cake should all have shades of peach in them to give this peach wedding a more elegant look!

VALIMA
I’ve always wanted to wear blue for my Valima, and with make up like this (left pictures) and blue dress (upper right side) it’ll give such a chic look! The nice side hairdo will give an elegant look.
