Hi GS Chefs/ part-time cooks/ hobby cooks/ starters!

Let's have a cooking challenge where everyone who wants to participate will cook the same dish for each challenge, and then later on we can enjoy each other's creations. Unfortunately we won't be able to taste it, but for sure we can admire the presentations.

So who is in? And also suggestions for the first dish (namkeen, meetha, katha... anything is possible) are welcome.

It's just for fun, so you don't need to be a professional, seasoned, experienced Michelin star chef in order to participate.

So please, join join! Take out those aprons and spatulas and add some masala to GS!

Btw I can only cook 2-3 recipes.. wo bhi sirf chicken ki..

Namkeen will be challenge as meat and desserts wont be in this category and also not that easy to copy/paste pics from the net

maybe try giving one ingredient and see what can be made out of it

Alright bishes here goes my first ever test in non-Pakistani sweet dish.

it’s the FLAN, a Mexican/Latin American dessert. Usually a brunch inclusive as it’s main component is eggs. This one is actually a coconut Flan as shredded coconut being one of the ingredient. The appearance doesn’t come out as good as we get from the bakeries here. O well, not bad for the first time

Flan is a sweet dessert that is prepared with whole eggs, milk, sugar and vanilla. It has been adapted in various forms in various countries.

Flan is a Latin American variation of cr?me caramel.

And OMG, now that I see it and compare to original FLAN pics I realize how horrible its shape is :smack: No wonder I give up on cooking/baking that easily. may be not my thing :nahi:
