Slimy, shouldn’t bejamalo and tarki be separate categories? The two have nothing in common. I know a bejamalo who is not a tarki. And a tarki who is not a bejamalo.
Shab-e-hijar predominantly posts in the Household and Cuisine and is rarely seen in the other forums, so may not be as well known to some. But wow, the woman can cook. I always look forward to the pics of her dishes; even the simplest of them look so appetizing; MA.
