As queer pai (pal?) suggested, we should do a round up of the best of 2013.

A few categories to get us started from the aforementioned thread:

  10. Friendliest guppy/guppan

  14. Most trustworthy

I would add to the list “Best Adviser” and I nominate Paheli, Khatti, and Red Velvet.

Not sure how you define “best guppy/guppan”. Is “Most popular” or “Most liked” a better term for it?
