all set to make bihari kebab on the weekends
being a bihari its an insult if a bakr eid goes by without a feast of bihar kebabs halwa and puris

so kher here is the dilemma
cant find kacha papeeta ?
can anyone tell me if i can use something else as an alternative ?
like meat tenderizer or blah blah

i have loooooked and looooooked
damn you cant even find a normal papeeta how am i going to get a kacha one

koi baat nahee, just go to any chemistry lab,. ad ask the lab boy for Sodium metal (Na+) you can use it in the meat

If you could not find it, then other alternate are H2SO4, HNO3, and any pure acid can act as a meat tenderizer.

Als (H2O2) Bhaari Paani is used some times Behari Kebab :wink:

BTW, I like Shami Kabaab more than Behari kabaab :wink:

depending on where you are. You can actually buy dried and packaged papaya. Sometimes you can even find that in hispanic stores. Otherwise I guess you will hafta make do wiv meat tenderizer.
