Anyone have any remedies for weak nails…my nails grow on their own but they always break…anyone know how to make them more stronger so they don’t break???

Might have something to do with your diet perhaps? I think when you have some deficiencies in your diet it shows in your nails
Make sure you file them regularly. As soon as you see a little chip, file it off so it doesnt rip your nail across. Vitamin E is supposed to be good for making nails strong I think, so you can use a hand cream that has that and massage on your nails. Always wear gloves to protect your hands and nails when you are doing any cleaning

My nails never ever grew, but i started getting silk layers put on and now they grow really well and are stronger, but you have to get them redone every 3 or 4 weeks though, it depends if you can be bothered for that! Tablets with Silicon are supposed to help hair and nail growth, i think the tablets im thinking of are called Perfectil, and Sally Hansen nail products are excellent.
I have had problems with my nails getting chipped till I was like 15-16 and it had a lot to do with me not taking proper care of them… but now with balanced diet I have noticed that my nails are getting stronger…
And I had now gotten my nails decorated as well so I am not if it has helped make them stronger or not but lately I have no complaints…
If you want I can ask my friend who works in nail salon to ask for specific remedies to make nails stronger…

Give yourself weekly manicures. Always use a base coat, nail strengthener, and a top coat. Sally hansen products are pretty good. Try sally hansen mega shine top coat. Its really shiny and dries ur nails fast and creates a stong barrie that prevents breakage.

otherwise if ur looking for herbal remedies, i think its kalonji oil (poppyseed oil) thats good on ur nails

for stronger nails garlic is best, rub garlic i used it and result was awesome.now my hubby don,t like long nails so i stopped it,
