Just got back from umrah so I have very little hair
But I’m gonna grow it back. I’d quite like it medium length, maybe like JD from Scrubs…?

Any tips to help my hair grow back stronger, healthier or faster?

Re: Growing hair
Iron supplements
Castor oil
Mane ’n Tail, originally manufactured for use on horses, has been successfully transitioned to human use . . . heh?!
thanks for your useful input sara
I’ve been looking at supplements from Holland and Barretts but never been sure whether they actually do anything…
Also, do what with castor oil? Hot oil treatment? Or just massage into scalp?
Re: Growing hair
mubarak on umrah!!!!!
Re: Growing hair
One of the makers of those eyelash growth products (can't remember if it's Latisse or Rapidlash) also does a product for normal hair that works in the same way

Re: Growing hair
nourkrin is £40 for a one month supply!! and I'm guessing its a just a multivitamin.
will probably buy a multivitamin and biotin
but someone please advise on castor oil (or other oil treatments)
Re: Growing hair
mubarak for ummrah!
Increase intake of water and fruits/ vegs.
do what you want, i was just telling you what i’ve heard from a lot of people works. My hairstylist recommended the exact same two things to me cause im getting married soon and want my hair to be long, strong and healthy too.
Yes Mane n Tail was originally for horses, but who cares? theres not a huge difference between horse and human hair anyways.

Re: Growing hair
k I'm having a hard time finding mane and tail in shops in the UK and don't really wanna buy it online (P&P makes it a bit too expensive)
I've started biotin and still looking into hot oil treatments
will keep you updated!!
