Which is exactly why people promote multiculturalism and diversity. There’s no one school for black kids and one for the white kids. Despite enrolling all ethnic groups in one single place, you cannot take away the basic inevitable differences which include things like skin colour, nationality, accents, *and *religious beliefs. I’m going to be different to a white/black kid whether I pray 5 times a day or not.

Agree and disagree.

Of course everyone should be accommodated but to a reasonable level. Letting one religion hold special prayers INSIDE the school CAFEwith an external cleric EVERY FRIDAY is ridiculous.

The Ontario school system outlawed Christianity from its public schools more than a decade ago.. special arrangements should not be made now for muslims sikhs or hindus.
