So Pakistani media is reporting that team is clearly divided in two groups. One leading by Afridi while other by Shoaib Malik while vice-captain Sarfraz has no say in either.
This news came out after Afridi took on Umar Akmal for meeting Imran Khan/Sheikh Rasheed and asking them to pressurize Afridi to send him in top order.

Whenever you have Malik on team, this is bound to happen...he does it all the time and with coach like waqar, who bases everything on personal likes amd dislikes.. And manager who is from stone age, if these thing doesn't happen then that is a news..

In any such big tournament, a team is normally kept isolated. They want players to be in a zone. so that they can keep the focus and composure. They should have placed IK meeting before the tournament either way.
Secondly what was Sheikh Rasheed doing there? Was the team meeting with player IK or politician IK? Cuz if its later one, then this thing was bound to happen.
Duniya TV is telecasting Kamran Akmal's interview who confirmed this Afridi-Umar skirmish and ofcourse defended his brother alleging Afridi for targeting him. Everything is such a chaos in our team.

Imran Khan is in India on the invitation of ICC/World T20 organisers and it was Afridi who personally approached him for this pep talk
I do not agree with Umar Akmal’s approach, effectively bypassing Afridi and the team management but when your captain is clueless and does not understand that best batsmen in the team should play the maximum number of overs etc., then desperate measure are needed sometimes. Against India sending inform batsman Hafeez (after Malik and Sarfraz) in the last over was typical of this stupid decision-making by Afridi.

well shoaib malik has spoken from his heart…there has been no conspiracy by anyone. we shd trust what he is saying. why would he, ahmad shezad or umaar do a conspiracy? malik own position in team is not safe. why wud he play bad?
