Ground beef help!

Need something creative to do with ground beef. Something desi (cuz my dad isn’t into too much experimentation) preferably.

I’ve had aloo-keema and mater-keema already in the past couple weeks.

Any ideas?

make kofte ...simple and easy and yummy as well :D

do u have seekhs lying in the house?

get shaan kabab masala, add in, add besan, and make it into seekh kababs and put a lil ghee/oil on em and stick em in the oven

eat with raita and salad and roti

how about qeema pilaf? :) Yummy!

You can also make palak qeema just like u make matar/aloo qeema

Chapli Kebabs ? Those are easy and good.

My mom once made qeema with red and green bell peppers as the vegetable in it, when we had some guests over. Mash'Allah, they liked it. smile

Sounds great, guys. Thank you!

1 lb. ground lean beef or lamb
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 medium onion, grated
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. freshly ground pepper
Salt to taste

throw everthing in a large bowl, wash your hands and start working on those bi and triceps  (moistening hands helps alot , against sticking)

preheat oil till boiling point, or better use barbe Q  and more healthy :halo: ( no oil)

howz this one:
Beef Roast

1 kg beef
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons fresh ginger paste
2 teaspoons fresh garlic paste
1 teaspoon cumin powder
4-5 teaspoons garam masala powder
1 teaspoon soya sauce
Salt to taste

For roasting
2 tablespoons oil
2 dried red chilies
2 large onions

throw once again in a large bowl mix it all up, and leave it in the refrigirator for some hours to marinate (isnt required but it s better)

heat oil in pan, toss in the red chillies, allow to splutter and then add the chopped onion and stir-fry until golden brown.
Add the marinated beef pieces, and cover, allow to cook till the water reduces to half. Cut the beef into thin slices when it is hot. Add it again to the vessel and cook on low power until all the water dries up. Serve with chilli fried potatoes or rice :yummy:
