Teenday was the food I ate first time and then never ate it again.. coz my Mom never fed me any other thing than Chicken/Fish..

Those of you that don’t like taste of beets, try adding a small piece in your smoothies, gives a very nice color and flavor, without giving the actual taste of it (as long as it’s a very small piece though).

When I was sick, doctors told me to eat lots of kaddu/louki, coz uski taseer thandi hoti hai…
I dont like it, n I never liked it, but lamba arsa khana pra, n it really worked n is v useful n healthy veg.
