My wife's haq Meher is 25,000 dollars. this is (god forbid) in case of divorce. I think the other part that you have you pat immediately was 1000 dollars.

well i m getting married in June, the wedding will be in lahore but him and I are returning to US after the wedding...so my haq meher will be in dollars...i think ard $1500-2K.
From what i knw abt haq meher...it is suppose to be a certain % of the grooms income (not sure what %). So depends on his income...if its in dollars...i wuld think haq meher shld be in dollars too .
