we sent eidi to his parents house which included a set of kurta shalwar, sandals and perfumes and cash as well.

no actually we would love to send to the groom's house instead so that he can actually avail the eidi and wear it (thats the whole point of eidi anyway) but it is not possible for us to do that for certain reasons so we send it to his parents house.
