My husband to be isn’t allowed one. I told him that, his mum that and his dad that… it’s a good thing they love me so much =D

Grooms checklist....

1. Show up for the event (aka remember date and time)

2. Say Kabool hai

3. Smile for pics

4. Buy something very expensive and shiny for his hardworking bride to be!!!!

My checklist:
1x sherwani (should buy it at least a day in advance)
1x new suit, boss or massimo dutti

  1. Find the right girl.
  2. Figure out what kind of ring she wants.
  3. Get it.
  4. Propose.
  5. Give up all control to your mother, fiance, and MIL-to-be.
  6. Raise money.
  7. Enjoy!

1- Get a ladki

2- Hope the food at the wedding is something jis se kha ke aadmi khush ho. If you're me then please make sure never to drop something on your chiti safaid shirt so you don't look like a baykoof 5 year old with dropped salan staining your clothes.

3- Bring the ring.

4- When giving money to the biwi's behanian replace it with monopoly money. Its recession, why not save?!

5- Wait till the rukhasti, try to put on a look of being deeply sympathetic as the wifey cries and cries. Maybe hand her a tissue(?) or am I being too inconsiderate?

6- The drive home begins

7- I think I should stop typing at this point
