So i have a little problem with my bubba. He is now 2 months, and has only very recently started to throw up little amounts of milk after his feeds, and he continues to do this way after his feed. I’m not sure why he is doing this, but im assuming its ‘Reflux’…Could this be the case? And the poor kaka was crying soo much in between his feed and after his feed earlier today.
Do any of your babies have thsi problem?
Also, I have been advised by many aunties to give him gripe water…What is gripe water for exactly?? what does it do??? will it help with this problem??? plz advise. thank you sooo much x

U know there was a whole page on gripe water all ova the net hun forget wikipedia ask someone u rely on even a doc im sure they would give u somewhat the same definition as wikipedia. i didnt paste the whole pro cons, was a page long but im sure everyone is sensible enough here to consult a professional b4 giving any form of medication to a child, but theres absolutely nothing wrong with googling for help either :)

as u told abt ur son actually i ve got twins n my girl got prob of crying after drinking milk or u can say in between feeds as well and my son got problem of throwing out milk after drinking so i dont knw if dese two probs r related wid one another or not coz my daughter used to b crying for wind coz she was colic n gripe water did a lill bit help for her(i cant say it was very useful) but one midwife told me to do some movement excercises after drinking milk 1: press her tummy gently with one hand n grab her both legs wid other hand n move in clock wise so that she can release the wind 2: rub n press her tummy clock wise gently....n it really worked for her
or jahan tak reflex ki baat hai my son used to do that but doc said dat as long as he keeps milk inside like not throwing out all milk its fine n it ll get better with age.....best of luck x
