What sqr. foot lawn to power of the mower ratio is a good rule of thumb while buying a lawn mower?

Also, I am thinking about buying this stainless steal grill I have an eye on for a long time. But it will be out on the deck and I am afraid it might rust or fade too soon. Are they really worth it?

We have a HUGE yard and front yard, and we have this one that my parents got from Sears, its pretty good, however I dont know much about it. With the gril you can always get a cover for it as we do, or just put it in the garage. We've had ours for a long time now and it did not fade.

we have a stainless steel grill and it wasnt stained yet but we keep it covered.

AJ the ratio is more a balance between

size of yard-amount of effort willing to invent- power of the mower

I mean technically you can get a manual reel mower and mow a yard with that too, aqs a matter of fact thats exactly what we did in UK, and my parents yard is much bigger than mine. But then they had three boys to drag a reel mower around.

stainless steel grills are fine, and have no issues. why do you think they will rust any faster than your painted ones.
