as i told u before i dont know much about cooking ..so what is this grilling spray ,what exactly grilling sprays do..why used in grilled food… is it safe to use

basically u use it on the grill before u put meat onit,the idea is to make the grill non-stick so the meat doesnt stick to it,i used one which had olive oil in it n i hated the smell when i sprayed it on hot grill .
same is cooking spray,u spray it on the pan befor putting food ,so that it doesnt stick or requires more oil
