Hi all,

Please can you share a tried and tested recipe for Grilled Lamb chops ? Need one urgently ..

I marinate mine for at least 4-5 hours in:
Yogurt, red mirch, salt, garam masala, sookha dhaniya, black pepper, spoon of oil. Sometimes put in grated onion.

I put in oven for 1.5 hours covering with tinfoil, then uncover n cook for 10 mins.

If I don’t have much time, I cook in pressure cooker first, for 20 mins then put under grill. I like them nice n tender, not hard n chewy.

Fauziakithcenfun has a good recipe for chops, I made them and they turned out real nice.
