Can someone please reccommend a universal marinade brand or mix to use to grill chicken for wraps and alfredo pasta? Recipes are welcome as well. Doesn’t matter if its spicy. Thanks.

Re: Grilled Chicken
how about simple olive oil/lemon juice & salt/pepper and any opther spice u like for a marinade. U can keep it simple by just adding some green chili puree and some chopped coriander...or use cajun spice or just add garlic/ginger and just grill
Re: Grilled Chicken
I baked some chicken breast just yesterday, and did a simple recipe. For 1 chicken breast, I made thin slices, placed in a bowl w/ my marinade and refridgerated overnight. Next day I baked in oven at 375 degrees for 20-25 mins, and voila, multi-purpose chicken breast. Here's the marinade I used (basically simple home creation)
1/2 tspn cumin
1/2 tspn coriander
1/2 tspn garlc puree
1/2 tspn ginger puree
1/2 tspn chili (more or less as you prefer)
1/2 tspn salt
3 tbsp canola or olive oil
Dash of lemon juice (optional)
Mix well, refridgerate overnight, pop into baking pan next day, bake covered 20-25 mins. Simple, easy healthy chicken breast.
