3 teaspoons of hot pepper sauce.
1 teaspoon paprika.
1 teaspoon hot mustard.
1 or half a teaspoon salt.
2 teaspoon soya sauce (optional)
Half teaspoon worcestershire sauce.
Half teaspoon mixed herbs.
Half teaspoon mashed garlic (optional).
Half teaspoon pepper.
Squeeze of half a lemon or a teaspoon of vinegar.
1 TINY drop of sesame oil (optional but does make a difference).
Half a teaspoon sugar.
Really you don't have to use every single one of these ingredients but the more you use, the tastier it is.
Mix the marinade first, then coat the chicken. You can leave it for about half an hour before cooking.
Then lightly brush with sunflower oil and cook on a HOT griddle pan on both sides. REMEMVER, if u overcook them they will be dry so be careful, they cook quite quickly. Leave them warm in the oven while you cook the rest.
