Can someone recommend a grill or anything that should be a top priority while looking for a grill.

Charcoal or gas?
It has to be heavy enough gauge to keep the heat inside, closed enough that it does not fail when it’s windy.
For gas grill, look at the infrared grills, they really do make a difference.
Re: Grill recommendations
Thanks for the input.
Which one is better if you have used both.
I have used a small charcoal grill but burning the charcoal takes long and then because of the small surface area, it takes forever to grill.
Gas grill sounds like a regular stove ?? is it ?
Re: Grill recommendations
Charcoal is hard to beat taste wise, but gas, especially the infra red gas grills are amazing, used at many restaurants as well. Gas grills also have capability to add charcoal bricks to impart some of that smell, or if not, some damp wood in foil to add some aroma to the food.
Re: Grill recommendations
Thanks a lot.
Anytime, I was traveling and just got short replies out, but if u want more details or have more questions, feel free to ask.
Also, brands vary based on where you live, prices vary as well. Let me know budget and I can point you to more specific direction.
Re: Grill recommendations
I checked out the infrared gas grills, they are on the expensive side. I could not find any for less than $1000.
I was thinking something around $300 to $400 but now I am thinking if that is a reasonable budget at all. I would go a bit higher if I could not find anything good within $400.
Look at kenmore ones at sears.
