grey/silver outfit: advice needed

Guys, I’d really appreciate some help. I’d love a semi formal outfit in grey with silver kaam on it. I’ve had a quick look but i cant find any pictures of a nice outfit, could any of u help please’?

I don’t think it’s actually a very common combo. It’s usually white with silver.

You can change the base colour to these to any kind of grey you like:

Stoppit, u're a star, thank you so much for taking the time to post these up! loving them all but i'm veering towards the last one and the one above it.

thanks again

she looks like she's got something stuck up her arse but i guess that's what you like!

Re: grey/silver outfit: advice needed

Yah I do, reminds me of someone very special.

hehe, i thought so. they are most semi formal.
most lighter shades of grey will look gorgeous with silver embroidery, such as the lilac-grey for the first outfit (sari).
best thing to do is go on a swatch hunt and find some fabric the colour you want and send that to whoever is making the outfit so they can dye in the same colour. Last thing they need to make sure is that the karigaar's use a shiny, whiteish silver for the kaam materials so that the work stands out.

Re: grey/silver outfit: advice needed

This can also be grey/silver-fied

I love this outfit!

Re: grey/silver outfit: advice needed

i love silvery grey with silver kaam....i'm also looking for the perfect outfit to do this with :)

Re: grey/silver outfit: advice needed

thanks Stoppit, you're absolutely right, finding the right kind of grey is going to be my next mission. There are so many tones available and i dont want something paindu fied.
I'm not after an outfit full of loads and loads of kaam as i think the grey/silver combo will look nice without tons of kaam.
I'm sorry to be a pain but what silver kaam should they NOT use????

I like this one too!!!

found this on google

you should probably keep away from the dull kind; not antique stuff nor the slightly tinged stuff. it should be the sharp, shiny silver. i would recommend bringing some sparkle into it with crystals too.
it really depends on the shade of grey though... they should know the right kind of work to use to make it look beautiful.

I really like the taupe and turquoise combo.

I want to giver her my taupe highheel shoes which I never could wear!

aww, why not?

do u guys know whose the designer?

^no I dont know at least but its a lovely outfit.

this is stunning! i love it. if anyone finds out who the designer is, please let us know!
