What do you think of those teas ? Do they have any negative effects also ? I’ve noticed they seem to be in quite in trend, especially the chinese imported ones. It is said they have soothing and relaxing effects and are suppose to keep naturally fit as they are free from caffein.
I personally tried a few and after drinking some days, I do notice a slight difference in better digestion, but I don’t drink regulary, maybe I should try to make this a permanent habit in future.
I am tryin a new brand that I bought from TO. Using it the first time I experienced minor stomach discomforts, but this is usual and it differs from person to person.
Anyway what is ur opinion/experience of such teas ?
