(4) and to make a false statement," or said, “to
give a false witness.”

You need to replace the number (1) with.
(1) Treating women as a secondary creature and beating your Wife.

OK… what about this Quranic verse below.
It states in Chapter 4:34:
“As for these from women, fear rebellion, admonish them and banish them to beds apart and scourge them.”
