~ Great Trojan Attack - Help Needed

Well looks like it got the better of me this time!

There is a torjan in my system folder. And HiJackThis, Webroot Spyware and Antivirus show no help.

How can I get rid of it?

How do you know it is a trojan? What kind of trojan? Post some logs/evidence/behavior of the system.
