3 Sikhs wanted to join the police. When they went to the interview, the officer showed the first Sikh a photo and asked him to look at it closely and describe something about the person that would help identify him. The Sikh looked at the photo and said “Well, this one is really easy to identify. The guy only has one eye and one ear.” The interviewing officer got upset and said “He does not have just one eye and one ear. This is the guy’s side pose.” The Sikh felt ashamed and left.
The second Sikh came in and the officer asked him the same question. The second Sikh responded the same way and the officer really got upset at this non-sense.
Now the third Sikh came in. The officer showed him the photo and asked him the same question. The third Sikh kept looking at it for a few minutes and said, “This guy wears contact lenses.” The officer was completely blown away by the response and said “Wow, this is absolutely amazing! You’ll make a great detective! But tell me, how did you figure out that this guy wears lenses?” The Sikh proudly responds “Well, of course he must wear lenses. He can’t wear glasses with just one eye and one ear.”
