Re: GRE
Wow, so u went thru the whole course already?! I have heard that the english part of gre is very interesting.
Re: GRE
Well I haven't gone through the whole course ... I am going to go through it ... and yes english part is very extensive and ''interesting'' but the programs that I am applying to do not have any requirements on the english part ... with that being said I still am going to study for those ... my major concern is the quantitative section(math) that I have to focus on and score high
Re: GRE
Good luck! Sorry I can't give you any tips and tricks. I used Barron's book when I gave GRE. I think it had enough tips and tests to have good practice.
If I may ask, what score does the program require for Analytical and Quantitative sections?
Re: GRE
Well i have to score around about 770 for the programs that I am hoping to get into so thats what I am aiming for.
Re: GRE
Out of 800? That's a good score. At least for me.
Re: GRE
GRE Barrons is the best for Quantitive preparation.
You can have some helpfull tips from this site also www.testmagic.com
Be more concentrated on Powerprep software practice Tests and practice excerises.

Oh nice. I am planning on self preparing myself for Gmat or Gre. Let's See!
Btw, are you sure u can manage preparing for it in such a short span?!
Re: GRE
thanks entisar and everyone else.
Maham I took the practice test without studying at all just to see where I am and I scored about 620 on it, the math section, so I am hoping that after 3-4 months of studying I should be able to score decently well on it.
Re: GRE
goodluck :) let me know how it goes for you :)
