Don’t think so. It has to be a huge event to cause ripples/vibrations in the fabric of spacetime. A planet simply moving won’t do that because it’s not in close contact with anything else and it’s not heavy enough. Remember they measured two tiny waves of same amplitude so it must have been two objects far far away orbiting each other near the speed of light before colliding to have caused those waves.
