I cooked in olive oil, but was told it is only healthy if you dont cook it, just pour it over food. Because we bhoonofy our food a lot apparently it makes the olive oil toxic!

I’ve heard that it’s better when you don’t cook it. But then I think I’ve also heard that olive oil can stand a higher cooking temperature.
