I don't think so. Jinnahs immediate/blood grandson is in India, and is a superbly westernized younger guy in his 30s...We don't know who the heck this guy is.

This is one of Quaid-e-Azam's sibling's grand son.
The conditions shown and definitely sad.

Quaid's own grandson, s/o his only daughter Dina is a tycoon in his 30s as Alig said above, and an heir to one of India's largest business empires Bombay Dyeing etc.
