there have been a number of copycats in the past and it's not difficult at all to have these sites taken down by reporting them to the host.

I just don't like to do that without giving them an opportunity to correct their mistake.

I dont think its a person who it doing this. I am sure its the bot from site getting all the content ....but then you never know they might have hired someone in India/Paksitan @ $1 per hour ...
