no kaam needed on the sari, but i'd get a silk blouse in the base color of the sari, with embroidery matching the sari's motifs/patterns at least on the sleeves borders and neckline. there are so many jewelry options to could go with it: kundan set, polki set with either/or pearls, garnet, emeralds...or even a matching minakari set with dangling stones...
