lol I made murgh cholay this weekend using shaan masala and they were great!!!! what did people do before shaan masala existed?

My recipe book is in my head. I have never written a recipe on paper for myself....I don't have the patience to sit and write recipe.
wow u have good memory then, is it same when u try out new recipes .bcz for me i have to consult many times, i just scribble ingredients on paper so dont have to keep coming back to ckeck missing ones(my all recipes r in my laptop).

^ I used to be able to cook so many recipes before without even checking the ingredients once. Since I started saving the recipes I have gone completely dumb in a sense that I have to have the recipe printed or have to keep doing back and forth with the laptop or scribble it on a note pad. This is how I think about it. We are way smarter than we think we are. Its just we get so used to looking at the fine print that we don't bother to properly remember it. Its like how because of cell phones we hardly remember 2,3 important contact numbers where as before we could easily learn at least 15 different numbers.
