Now we know how he financed his 'study' in Britain. You can actually buy your way through a few British universities. Being a 'graduate from Britain' means not a lot.

Don't know about buying ur way thru uni in the UK but there are a quite a few fake colleges in places like East London run for overseas students.. luckily the Gov has started clamping down on them..
