TomTom works on pretty much all PDA OS's, and they have maps for lots more places than other apps.

An oroginal copy of TomTom works on palms. Never managed to get a workin 'crack' for PalmOS. ViaMichelin works quite well on a Palm. It is however badly coded up in temrs of me usage. a ZireZ2 didnt have enough memeoty (non flash) to run all of UK. A T3 does.
