oh jeez. jaya bacchan has some real issues thinking her daughter in law is the most perfect angel ever. she was on that karan johar's show with her annoying daughter shweta and together they were ridiculing vivek oberoi just because he's aishwarya's ex. then she gave some stupid statement saying, im gonna slap shahrukh khan when he had supposedly brought up aishwarya's name during his big fight with salman.
jaya bacchan is in a totally random world of her own if she thinks her bahu is some savi savitri type person who just gets 'maligned' by other people. time for her to snap out of it and realize aishwarya is no seedhi saadhi but rather cunning and irritating. she hasn't said anything about salman khan yet but im sure if she ever does, he's gonna seedhafy her dimagh.

First off jodha akbar was not a fazool movie, it was made in an amazing manner and was aesthetically pleasing, the shoots, the locales, the costume designing and the dialogues were all amazing. Not to forget cinematography and also the songs and music of the film. Some of the plot I did not like but that does not mean it is a fazool movie. Normal people do not know who much effort and time it takes to produce one movie!
Secondly, this Gowarkar person should not have said that. No matter how good your movie was you cannot just diss someone else in public like this. It is RUDE. I have seen Fashion and it is a great movie! Priyanks acted well and she did seem like a real model. I guess background does help in roles.
Kangna was ok. I would say it is good that Pinks got the award.
Ash in Jodha Akbar, was ok. However I guess the nature of a film like Fashion is what made the jury vote towards Fashion and Pinks and not Aishwariya. And I agree with Pari that just because she is famous and has a face does not mean every award should be given to her.

to you eyes yes it could be aesthetically pleasing, but the movie was supposedly based on ash, hint: the name jodha, and director failed to bring the real jodha out of ash.
ash way of delivering dialogue is more suited for Qaneez role.

i wish someone had gone up on stage or the hosts have said, ashutosh, i don't know how YOU won the best director award when ghajini was nominated in this category as well.
