i don’t necessarily disagree with your statement but i don’t think any real change will take place for the betterment of the minorities as a result of this rule either. the mindset has to change and a firm grip on the terrorist is needed.

Good governance is the way to go, and that would come through the elections. But Raisani has been punished (which is good) for his pathetic performance in the province.
