Even if the guard has done it on pre-text of “ishq e rasool”, he should not get any brownie points. Its simply a cold blooded murder and if proven guilty, guy should be hanged in public. You can disagree with someone every bit but this is not a way to settle the differences, neither in Islam nor in Humanity

do u really think he cares after shoving 22 bullets in someone that whether he gets hanged or not and in public or a prison???
