Pakistan is relatively small country. We don't need more province - that will not solve any issues - but will only make the matter more complicated.
What we need to concentrate on getting the TERROTRIES under Pakistan Government. There are many many areas that are Classifed A,B,C and although shown in the maps of Pakistan are not under Pak'z jurisdiction.
