Just watched it, after all the hype it’s turned out to be disappointing. Some bad acting, bad storyline, cheap looking set, and cliche lines this series won’t last. If anyone has watched arrow, the upcoming flash & smallville they all revolve around the main characters in the teen/young adult years. We’ll never see batman or anything from bruce wayne playing a hero. This is all about james gordan pre-batman years and to be honest, who cares about james gordan? The producers think by bringing in catwoman when she was young, and villians like riddler, poisen ivy, penguin etc it’ll keep people hooked but it won’t. I’m gonna struggle to download episode 2.
I’m even surprised agents of shield made it to season 2 considering they lost 60% of their viewers. I’ll be surprised if this does aswell.

Don't think they kept anything alive. I'm not really a batman fan, so meh. Even the movies were poor.
