fir nails you can rub your nail with garlic it will strenthgen your nail,
hair falls due to lack of sulphur that ripped of cause of harmful chemicals like dyes ,shampoos and etc ,grind an onion then squeeze out its water and apply to roots like oil leave it for 20 minutes wash your hair ,and there will be no hair fall not a single hair will fallotherwise just slap on my face.ok
i can recommend you some medicine but this is the natural way to cure with out side effects for acne take spoonful of isphagol daily it will enhance your digestion process and their will be no more acne our skin is a mirror reflection of what is going inside if our inner system upsets so will our epidermis ok
Nail grow stronger if u soak them in warm olive oil for about 10 minutes and then massage u're cuticles with the warm oil. Take a calcium supplement and a vitamin A & D supplement for u're hair and nails.
Are u losing hair in clumps or just some after a shower? If u're losing hair in clumps have urself checked out for alopecia areata. Losing 100 strands a day is considered normal.. don't comb/brush u're hair when it's wet.
If u go thru the "Glowing Brides" thread in the wedding forum u will find home-remedies for u're queries.
Well, if those problems began suddenly, and at the same time, there might be hormonal disturbance, anemia, or lack of other important vitamins in ur body, or reaction to any medicine u have been taking lately for some time, or "bad" dieting.

Hi, take iron n folic acid tablets atleast 4 a month.Mix pure coconut oil with Kalonji oil n massage ur scalp ,leave it 4 1 hour.n wash it .Do it twice a week.Do u hav dandruf problem?/
well please tell me if u have constipation problem or u have use an steriodal creams for fairness or u have gone through some facial at some salon? it will help me to perscibe you medication ok
I agree with Fatmeh R and Tayyabeh. Hair fall mostly happens when you're low on iron. Do you take vitamin supplements?? Talk with ur family doc and have him prescribe you an iron supplement. It's always good to massage your hair with warm oil and what not, but sometimes all that wont really help when things are not goin right in the inside :)
The vigorous rubbing (while massaging) and shampooing to remove the oil.. will cause more hairfall.. and that's why I don't suggest it.. but it's extremely important to have any hormonal factors ruled-out.
i do have a hormonal problems because my time of the months are always late and when they do come i have really bad cramps i cant even get up sometimes, gna make appt so he can give me iron tabs, regarding coconut oil i have used the same oil and shampoo ever since i was little. i dont no whats changed. but then agen i wont no till i go docs.
