So apparently Pakistani captain just realized that the nation who has been enduring him for 20 years even though he is a good for nothing, is actually short of love as compared to what he got in India.
And he got quite a rebuke by many channels for his remarks. You may or may not agree with him but thats wut happens when you have a brainless person to talk in press conference.
I cant imagine Dhoni saying the same if he visits Pakistan.

"I've not enjoyed playing anywhere as much as I have in India," Afridi said. "I am in the last stage of my career and I can say that the love I have got in India is something that I will always remember. We have not got this much love even from Pakistan.

These are wise words of a good leader. Nothing wrong in what he said. The media from the left side appears to be overreacting. This showing media everywhere overrracts.

Exactly why the all fuss for such a harmless statement.
May be he was just trying to diffuse the current situation against Pakistani cricketers in India May be he was just sharing the kind of enthusiasm he received from Indian fans.

I think everybody understands he was just trying to be diplomatic but one sentence got the whole statement out of proportion:

But again, he is Afridi. Its stupid of us to expect a sensible word/act/play from him. He is one of the bigger reasons of Pakistani team failures so ofcourse it hurts.
Other than that he can say wutever he wants.

Many times people use that as an expression. Such as - chacha and chaci, I stayed in your house for 5 years. You treated me better than your own children.
Or Hillary, you didnât lie today. You are the most honest person I know.
