At least they realise the necessity of Hijaab and feel respect for the words of Allah, they are sinful but what annoys me more is the feminist whores rampant nowadays, those that reject the Ahadeeth/Sunnah and misinterpret Qur’aan so that they can justify not covering, praying next to men, touching Qur’aan when menstruating and other such ridiculous things.

well what else were they supp. to do? i mean in those circumstances, you have to cover ur head, if u have nothing else then use what's available. But that video was exaggerating just a little b/c a desi outfit usually always has a dupatta with it
