Gosht question..

Ok so… there’s a cut of meat called the “putth” ki boti, in Punjabi i believe.. and it’s mutton. It’s very clean.. 2 bones and a hunk of meat clean in the center.

If u have any idea what i’m talking about, i need to know what it’s called in English lol

No... generally asking. My husband loves this specific cut. I usually get goat leg, for salan etc. But thank u! Now i know lol

sab se zyaada tasty wese leg ka gosht hee hota hai , I like it very much.

mujhe to muscles pasand haiN...us meN reshe [fibrous] nahiiN hote. :) 'bong' kaa gosht khaayeN jise 'kareli' yaa 'machhli boTii' bhii kahte haiN. :)

is gosht ke saath 'Latif Basmati Rice' Khoob mazaa detaa hai. :p
