for once and for all, meat eating is not healthy for anyone, if this is the only thing you eat too much.
red or white, when lean and cooked with less fattening and salty recipes, will be alright for you to take. nutritionally, 7 servings of 4 oz each suffice an adult. anything more than that, is bad, over time, as the life span increases and the amount of meat you have eaten compounds its effect on your digestive system.
another thing to do, is include greens and leafy veges in your diet so that you are filled with them, and will by default have lesser appetite for meat dishes.

I have said before, I am a vegetarian, not a vegan, but you know just like there are some ppl who are lacto-ovo vegetarians, i.e. they have milk and eggs, then there is another vareity that include seafood in it. I am kinda like that
